As the Chief Talent Officer, Gina will spearhead the Talent Acquisition division within Wilshire Law Firm. She will drive transformative shifts and introduce innovation, leaving an enduring mark within a progressive and dynamic setting. As the Chief Talent Officer, Gina will play a pivotal role in advancing, refining, and aligning the Talent Acquisition function with the firm’s ongoing expansion. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and acting as a strategic collaborator with leaders across all levels, her strategic insights will steer the organization’s trajectory by shaping an exemplary Talent Attraction function. As the Chief Talent Officer, Gina will lead with full authority over Talent Acquisition (TA), encompassing team growth, development, strategic planning, process enhancement, technology integration, branding initiatives, marketing campaigns, and KPI establishment. In her role as CTO, her primary aim will be to construct a TA function renowned for attracting top-tier talent to the Firm.
