NYC, NY – Entertainment Partners, a leader in entertainment business solutions, has placed Marissa Boretz as their new Senior Manager, HRBP. Managing Partner, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney led and placed the key search.

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Business Partner and based in NYC, the Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner will provide visible and hands-on HR leadership for Entertainment Partners’ bi-coastal Payroll Services Operations department, and assists in facilities management for offices in New York City, Atlanta, New Orleans, and Alburquerque. The Sr. Manager, HRBP will have responsibilities for all aspects of Human Resources management and office operations, including company culture, morale, employee engagement, recruiting and onboarding of employees, compensation administration, employee relations, performance management, consulting executives on HR matters and other HR ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Marissa Boretz, SHRM-CP, has over nine years of progressive HR experience at BMW of North America. She brings deep expertise in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and career development. Most recently, Marissa served as Senior HR Business Partner at BMW, where she provided full-cycle HR support across Sales, Field, and Marketing departments, driving key initiatives and strategic solutions. Her comprehensive background and collaborative leadership style position her as a valuable addition to Entertainment Partners’ HR team.
