TYLER, TEXAS – Clements Fluids, a trusted advisor in the Workover/Completion/Drilling Fluids, has placed Luanne Carr as their new Chief People Officer. Managing Partner, Pam Noble E.d.D., and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez, led and placed the key search.

She will be instrumental in establishing a respected Human Resources function, including leadership development, employee engagement, culture development, change management, talent management, professional development, employee relations, talent acquisition, and total rewards, Luanne Carr will serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. In this role she will be instrumental in diversifying the company and organizational design, facilitating their strategic plan.
