This Human Resources Director is an active member of the Executive team as well as a key executive partner and coach for Company Leadership. They will act as the advocate for company culture with associates. They will be responsible for developing and executing human resource strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and labor relations. They will provide leadership and development for payroll department and how it interfaces with HR.
This role will reside in the San Francisco, CA area. The search is being led by Thomas Christopher, CEO / Managing Partner and Jeff Wilbanks, Recruiting Director.
