Reporting to the CHRO, the VP of Talent Acquisition and Diversity will build and implement a TA strategy supporting a dynamic and rapid growth business. This role will create a world-class TA function to attract and retain high-performing and diverse talent across the globe and organization-wide.
Year One Objectives / Potential Accomplishments:
- Implement a TA platform to develop a pipeline and achieve business goals of hiring 1,000+ employees by 2020
- Build and deliver systems, tools, and processes to support a fast-paced and high-volume people strategy
- Staff and develop a team of your own
