TCG Launches a Vice President, Human Resources Executive Search

 

Vice President, Human Resources is responsible for directing all the people functions of the organization in accordance with the policies and practices of TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants, the ethical and social consequences of business and society, and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations.  The Vice President of Human Resources will also be responsible for the strategic human resource planning to provide the organization with the best talent available. They will also position the organization as the employer of choice by being aware of policies, practices, and trends within the industry.

This role will reside in the Detroit, MI area.  The search is being led by Thomas Christopher, TCG President / Managing Partner and Jeff Wilbanks, TCG Recruiting Director.
