Reporting to the Co-owners of the company, the HR Manager will be overseeing all HR functionality for the organization. The HR Manager will identify and recruit top talent to the organization, as well as implement talent acquisition and onboarding strategies. The HR Manager will be the point-person for organizational and management development, employee relations, and university relations.
Year One Objectives / Potential Accomplishments:
- Audit current HR processes to streamline departmental efficiency
- Implement new ATS system
Recruit and onboard 10-15 annually
