The Manager of Global Mobility is responsible for managing Parker’s Global Mobility programs, including US domestic relocations, developmental rotation programs, expatriate assignments, and cross-border permanent transfers. This role is responsible for managing the entire life-cycle from start to finish, including complex tax, planning, administrative, and strategic aspects. This individual will function as an internal consultant providing insights and expertise on employee cross-border movements including foreign national and expatriate issues, immigration, foreign tax compliance and the tax equalization process. He/she will manage external vendor relationships and coordinate services across multiple functions (Tax, Payroll, Legal, and HR) to deliver integrated support regarding all aspects of global mobility. Responsible for synchronizing all compensation, health care and retirement programs between home and host countries. Has oversight accountability to ensure compliance within the adopted policy and seamless transition to anew assignment for employees. Functions as lead Parker contact for the International SOS Program. Will also leverage knowledge of tax rules and contacts to evaluate broader Total Rewards programs from a compliance perspective
