This role is a critical right hand to the SVP of Global Engineering Manufacturing Technology and Equipment (GEMTE), as well as the CHRO. This person is a Global enabler of Human Resource support for the GEMTE Segment within Air Products. The role will also lead and facilitate a robust project portfolio across the group that will have a remit of greater than $3Bln. This combines HR Business Partnering, Consulting, Talent Management, and Org Effectiveness skill sets.
