TCG COMPLETES DEPARTMENT BUILD OUT WITH OYO ROOMS

DALLAS, TX – The Christopher Group has completed the search for three new positions for OYO Rooms. Emily Tillman has been recruited as the Vice President of Human Resources. Brittany Albrecht and Jeremiah Click have also been recruited as OYO’s Directors of Talent Acquisition. This growth builds out was led by Nathaniel Schiffer and Erin Merker.

Emily Tillman joins OYO from Whirlpool where she worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources overseeing 2,000 employees in the areas of talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning. At OYO, Emily will be responsible for building a progressive HR foundation and establishing OYO as an “Employer of Choice†in the US hospitality sector.

Jeremiah Click joins OYO from IBM’s RPO platform where he worked as the Lead Recruiter for the Flowserve account. In this role, he was responsible for full cycle recruiting, project and account management and working with hiring managers on a national level. Brittany Albrecht joins OYO from Adecco where she worked as the Divisional Recruiting Manager. She was responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of recruitment related activities and reporting metrics to key stakeholders. At OYO, Jeremiah and Brittany’s responsibilities will include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates.
