SODA SPRINGS, CA – Bayer, a Life Science company with a more than 150-year history & core competencies in health care & agriculture, has placed Daniel Hansen as their new Human Resource Director/Site Lead. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez, led and placed this important HR search.

Daniel will be an integral part of the HR footprint in the largest global division of Bayer. This high touch, high visibility role is a critical partner to the site leadership team of this matrixed organization. Daniel will have a strong focus on succession planning, employee engagement & DE&I, as well as HR leadership development as this site is designated as a staple rotation in their LD program. The site has high employee engagement, very low attrition & Hansen will be pivotal in onboarding new site leadership as current leaders retire. Daniel will also have the ability to build out the HR team & assist with policy harmonization through collaborative global partnerships. Hansen will also be tapped for projects on a global basis across the Active Ingredient sub-division.
Prior to joining Bayer Daniel gained valuable experience as a Human Resource Manager at companies such as CMC Materials, Cabela’s/Bass Pro Shops, Orgill, Inc and MarketStar.
