This month marks a significant milestone for The Christopher Group. It’s been one year since I and the other Managing Partners acquired leadership of The Christopher Group, and what a year it’s been.
In the past year, we’ve been honored to receive several prestigious awards, including recognition as America’s Best Recruiters 2024 by Hunt Scanlon, the PE Power 100, Top Higher Education Recruiters, Top 60 Non-Profit Recruiters, and the HR/Diversity Top 65 Recruiters list. As well as, inclusion as a Top 10 Recruitment Firm of 2024 by HRM Outlook. These accolades underscore our commitment to serving diverse industries and verticals.
We’ve made several critical executive placements, securing key roles for our clients to include Docker’s Chief People Officer, recasting Clements Fluids’ leadership team, to other significant placements at Hackensack Meridian Health, Neotiss, Bryant & Stratton College, Ara Partners, and many PE Sponsored Companies such as System Pavers, Vertex Service Partners, Step 2 amongst many more.
Our interim HR placements have been equally impactful, with placements at companies such as Sazerac, James Hardie, PNNL, and VCA to highlight a few.
Under the leadership of myself and the other managing partners, we’ve expanded our executive search efforts, completing multiple C-suite placements outside of HR and more importantly we’ve also seen significant growth in our interim and fractional HR practices.
I’m proud to share that Pam Noble and I had the privilege of each moderating panel discussions at national conferences hosted by Hunt Scanlon, where we engaged in insightful conversations about the future of talent management, DEIB in the workplace, and the intersection of talent strategies and Private Equity.
Looking ahead, our purpose remains clear – “We ignite success through purposeful connections.” We aim to continue connecting our clients and top talent to each other, expand our presence in interim and fractional placements, and deliver unparalleled service to our clients.
Finally, none of this would be possible without the dedication and expertise of our incredible team. Their passion and commitment have been the driving force behind our achievements over the past year.
