BOSTON, MA – Suffolk Construction has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Talent Management search. Managing Director, Erin Merker, Recruiting Director, Ayla Davis, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

Reporting to the Vice President of Learning & Organizational Capability, the Director of Talent Management will lead all the Talent Management aspects of the Center of Excellence, and will also have the opportunity to contribute to the other aspects of the function. The person in this role will design, manage, and socialize the talent identification and HiPo identification process. This person will also ensure that talent across the organization has the appropriate individual development plans, and will contribute to the redesign of the performance management process. In close partnership with the HRBPs, this person will manage the execution of talent identification, succession planning, and performance management.
