Steve has held leadership roles in top-tier organizations, demonstrating a track record of success in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Operations. As Director of Talent Acquisition for Concentrix, he led recruitment strategies across North America and the Philippines, ensuring the successful delivery of talent to key business functions. His leadership spanned various industries, including HR, Finance, IT/Tech, Engineering, Marketing, and more, where he drove talent acquisition and team development initiatives that resulted in increased business performance.
Previously, Steve served as Senior Talent Acquisition Leader at Bonaventure and Gap, where he played a critical role in transforming recruiting strategies, creating operational policies, and implementing cost-effective processes. At Gap, he led North American talent acquisition for exempt, support, and high-volume roles, streamlining recruiting efforts and significantly reducing hiring costs while improving the candidate experience.
