Most recently, Stephen was Director of Total Rewards for Save-A-Lot Food Stores. In this role, Stephen was brought into the organization to lead the strategy and design on all compensation and benefit programs. Stephen has also held Senior Human Resources leadership roles with Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, Lincoln National Corporation, Countrywide Financials Corporation and Anheuser-Busch. He holds a Masters Degree in Business from Washington University and a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Missouri University of Science & Technology.
