Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson are leading the critical HR search.

The Head of HR for Roger’s Building Solutions reports directly to the CEO with HR oversight of their Four Business Divisions, each with its own organic HR support. The Head of HR will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team and partner directly with the Division Presidents to influence company decisions and policies at the strategic level as the company continues to grow. They will oversee the entirety of the people function for the company with an eye on harmonization of the divisions into one company yet being mindful of not breaking what is not broken.
