BOSTON, MA – Reify Health, a cloud-based software that helps accelerate the development of new, life-saving therapies, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President of People search. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Kathleen Kilkenney are leading the critical executive search.

As a member of the Rei-fam, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this person will help dramatically improve and disrupt the clinical trial ecosystem while building a fun and empathetic environment. As a hands-on leader, you will have the opportunity to put your fingerprint on the construction of a people function from the ground up. Reify Health’s journey started at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine where they began building a software solution that would not only provide clinical research sponsors the information they need, but would also reduce the administrative work that sites traditionally endure when participating in clinical research.
