COLUMBUS, OH – Quantum Health has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Nathaniel Schiffer, Recruiting Director, Ayla Davis, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

The Head of Human Resources will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will lead all aspects of Human Resources for Quantum Health including, recruitment, talent management, training and development, and compensation and benefits. S/he will build a cohesive and collaborative work environment, partnering effectively with other senior leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s business plan.
