COLUMBUS, OH – G & J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources search. Managing Director, Erin Merker, Recruiting Manager, Sally Sweeney and Operations Manager, Matt Duda will be leading the search.

The Director of Human Resources will partner with the business and functional HR organizations to drive the people strategy and all issues related to organizational design, talent management, performance management, and workforce planning. They will lead and support the HR Business Partner teams, business leaders and field management teams regarding all employee and labor relations matters, including the negotiation, administration, interpretation of the company’s collective bargaining agreements to ensure the company maintains effective and aligned employee relations across all locations. The Director of Human Resources is a member of the Leadership Team and will participate in meetings and represent HR in that capacity to the business.
