UNIVERSITY PARK, PA – Penn State University has selected The Christopher Group for their Director of Labor and Employee Relations search. Leading the Pennsylvania search is CEO and Founder, Tom Christopher and Managing Partner, Jacob Humbert.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this position will provide leadership to the Labor and Employee Relations Center of Expertise and Professional Services teams. Their primary responsibilities will include determining strategic objectives, priorities and performance standards.
