The Human Resources Manager will develop, manage, coordinate, and administer HR programs across the span of HR accountabilities including but not limited to, work force planning, full lifecycle talent processes, performance management, talent management, application of safety and compliance practices, local training workshops, employee relations, reporting and analytics and other projects as assigned.
