RICHLAND, WA – Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Total Rewards and Senior Compensation Analyst searches. The leader of Total Rewards reports to the Head of Human Resources and is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and administering a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy and programs for PNNL. This position will research and bring an in-depth understanding of external best-practices and innovative trends to apply to Total Rewards programs and technologies. The selected individual will be responsible for evaluating and administering compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
The Senior Compensation Analyst role will participate in managing Laboratory compensation programs with an emphasis on base salary, variable compensation, and special projects, as well as providing support for equity programs. This person will collaborate with multiple functional areas within HR and with managers and employees across the Laboratory to gain in-depth knowledge of the business, identify emerging issues, and provide business-focused solutions.
