RICHLAND, WA – Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), a world-class research institution, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Talent Acquisition search. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney, and Recruiting Director, Kat Kilkenney are leading the critical search.
“TCG is so excited to be partnering with the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory again this year,” said Ayla Maloney. “PNNL’s HR leaders are honestly some of the most wonderful people we get to work with; eccentric, positive, real, and not afraid to move the needle of HR. Their future Head of Talent Acquisition is seriously in for a treat in working within this team. TA is a critical component to their business and growth strategy, so this is an extremely visible and important thought leader and strategy-driver opportunity.”
The Head of Talent Acquisition reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and administering a talent acquisition program strategy for PNNL. This position will research and bring an in-depth understanding of external best practices and innovative trends to apply to talent acquisition practices and technologies. The selected individual will be responsible for developing and driving strategies to attract top talent and meet Lab growth targets.
