DELAWARE – ILC Dover, best known for making the spacesuits for NASA, has selected The Christopher Group to lead two Global Director of Human Resources searches and a Regional Manager of Human Resources search. President and Managing Director, Erin Merker, Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi, and Recruiting Manager, Kristen Pace are leading the critical searches.
ILC Dover is a world leader in the innovative design and production of engineered flexible protective solutions, for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical, flood protection, personal protection, bulk packaging, and aerospace industries. They have been the primary supplier of spacesuits for NASA since the dawn of Apollo. Since 1947, their international engineering and production facilities coupled with a network of global representatives have supported customer needs around the world. ILC Dover is a portfolio company of New Mountain Capital, which acquired the company in February 2020.
The Global Human Resources Directors will provide overall human resources leadership and generalist support for ILC Dover’s PPE, Packaging, Safety, and Engineered Solutions businesses, comprised of Sales, Marketing, and Engineering leaders and professionals around the globe. Successful candidates will serve as key business leaders on the Business Unit President’s team, driving the organization’s financial success by closely partnering with P&L Leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.
The Regional Human Resources Manager provides overall human resources leadership and generalist support across ILC Dover’s sites in the United States, including the Frederica, DE-based manufacturing plant, and the Houston, TX-based Space Systems Division. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as the HR Business Partner for ILC Dover’s Space Systems Division, driving the organization’s financial success by closely partnering with P&L Leadership on HR strategy and initiatives.
