The Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Engagement will lead and advise the company’s development and implementation on DEI & E initiatives that align with MRI Software’s values and culture. This person will be responsible for creating a strategy and vision for the company, partnering with the recruitment team on strategies and best practices, leading the company’s DEI &E learning and development program, working with executives and others throughout the company to advise, advocate, and act to build workplace culture, including diverse representation at all levels. Working in collaboration, this person will also be a part of the MRI ROAR Fund. Its mission is to strengthen and advance underserved communities globally through sponsorships, grants and volunteerism focused on education and housing assistance.
