Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Manager, Kristen Hoover are leading the critical search.

The Director of Human Resources will oversee human resources operations for their facility in Solon, OH, and support the office in Southern California. The HR Director is a key member of the management team and is responsible to translate the business strategy into HR strategy, plans and solutions. Leading the HR team, the role will partner with all levels of managers to hire, engage, and develop talent to build the organizational capabilities required for short and long-term success. This person will work closely with managers and employees on legal compliances, performance management, training, employee engagement, and other matters as assigned. An ideal candidate will have hands-on recruiting experience for professional corporate roles and skilled manufacturing positions, as well as sophisticated human resources experience in a manufacturing/industrial organization.
