Recruiting Director, Jeff Wilbanks and Recruiting Manager, Jim May are leading this critical search.

The new Strategic HRBP will partner with Moog sites, supply chain, manufacturing engineering/advance manufacturing, materials, and IT senior leadership teams to achieve overall business objectives. This person will proactively identify, define and implement appropriate HR strategies to enable the business to increase performance and lead and manage the people management agenda. They will also have overall accountability for the successful delivery of new and existing HR initiatives. At Moog, Strategic HRBPs are highly visible and are members of the business management team, and contribute to strategy development, policies, and decision making beyond HR issues.
