As Area Leader for the Human Resources Center of Expertise (COE) at Korn Ferry Professional Search, he led high-performing recruiting teams across California and Texas, focusing on building strong client relationships and connecting organizations with top HR talent. Before his role at Korn Ferry, Michael was a Senior Managing Partner at Lucas Group where he oversaw the Human Resources practice in Los Angeles. His team’s focus on high-quality placements across diverse industries led to consistent success and recognition, earning Michael several distinguished awards, including President’s Club, Sterling, Gold, and Diamond Club honors. With a reputation for mentoring recruiters and guiding career advancement, he is known as a valuable resource in the HR community.
