The Sr. Director, Compensation will be responsible for developing and directing the implementation of fixed and variable (short and long-term) compensation programs that are aligned to organizational strategies and provide a competitive level of pay, motivation and rewards to Lamb Weston employees. This role will also be responsible for executive compensation, managing and delivering all aspects of executive compensation, including but not limited to board level materials, proxy management, governance and disclosure requirements. This role will be based in Boise, ID and will report to the Chief Human Resources Officer, Micheline Carter. The search is being led by Nathaniel Schiffer, Vice President, Managing Partner and Jeff Wilbanks, TCG Director Recruiting.
