Managing Partner, Pam Noble, Managing Partner Tobin Anselmi, Recruiting Manager, Derek Woodward, and Recruiting Manager, Meredith Blankenship are leading these critical searches.

About The Opportunities
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Field HR will oversee the employee and employee relations (ER) activities of the field HR Business Partner function as well as the implementation of all talent processes, including performance management, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning, among others. They will maintain HR field-related policies and develop new policies when required in response to changing legal or legislative initiatives. In partnership with the HR leadership/Legal Counsel, this role will establish and maintain satisfactory employee-management relations, oversees ER procedures, and assists all levels of the field organization on ER matters and topics.

Also reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the recruiting team/function responsible for both high-volume field roles as well as corporate roles. The Director will work with business leaders to understand staffing needs and aligning recruiting resources to achieve hiring demands across the organization.
