FORT WORTH, TEXAS – JPS Health Network, an extensive Hospital District in Fort Worth, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of HRIS and Integration search. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Carrie Longmire are leading the key HR search.

The Director of HRIS will play a pivotal role in transforming and optimizing the organization’s HR technology landscape. Leveraging their expertise and utilizing information, the HRIS Director will lead and be the project manager for the implementation of cutting-edge HR systems using lean methodology, ensuring robust, efficient, and scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals. Their leadership will include developing a 3-5 year vision for the HRIS organization, prioritizing strategic initiatives, and exploring innovative technologies like AI to enhance system capabilities. As a key leader of the implementation team, the Director of HRIS and Integration will help shape the future of HR through the creation of a shared services model and streamlined processes that drive operational excellence and improve employee experiences.
