The Vice President of Talent at Johnson Law Group is a rare opportunity to shape the firm’s employer brand and drive innovation across all aspects of HR. As JLG continues its nationwide expansion, this leader will play a pivotal role in building and scaling agile legal, technology, and marketing teams while fostering a high-performance, people-centric culture. This role extends beyond traditional HR—it’s about strategic workforce planning, optimizing people operations, and leveraging technology to enhance talent acquisition, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness. The VP of Talent will oversee all facets of human resources, including talent strategy, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, total rewards, and HR technology. They will design and execute forward-thinking initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top-tier professionals while ensuring JLG remains an employer of choice.
