The Head of Human Resources will report to the CEO and will lead all aspects of human resources for Industrial Services Group including building a cohesive and collaborative work environment and partnering effectively with other senior leadership to design, develop, and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the organization’s business plan. ISG is looking for a visionary leader, capable of identifying, designing, and implementing cutting edge approaches to human resources strategies while focusing on culture and empowering the workforce.
