GREENSBORO, NC – Impex Auto Sales, the Triad’s largest independent pre-owned auto dealer, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources search. Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi and Recruiting Manager, Nick Nelson are leading the executive search.

This role will be the Head of Human Resources for the organization and report directly to the Founder and CEO. In addition, this person will be responsible for managing the administration of HR programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; talent acquisition; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
