NEW YORK, NY – IDEO.org, a nonprofit design and innovation organization, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Human Resources and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion search. Managing Director, Pam Noble and Recruiting Manager, Derek Woodward are leading the critical search.

Reporting directly to the COO, this experienced Human Resources professional will collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop, manage, and ensure all aspects of the Human Resources function align with and contribute to the business objectives. This role is expected to be hands-on and balance the strategic with the tactical while overseeing the full range of HR including HR Operations (including compliance, systems, benefits, and compensation), L&D, Experience across the employee lifecycle, Employee Relations, and acting as a partner to Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
