A successful construction materials company in the South that specializes in asphalt, paving, block, brick, hardscapes, aggregate, and concrete has retained the Christopher Group for a Human Resources Director role. The Human Resources Director is the Head of HR for the entire organization. They will be responsible for a total of fourteen sites including quarries, concrete plants, block plants, asphalt sites, and other business sites. The organization maintains a positive reputation and a transparent business philosophy.
This role will sit in Roanoke, Virginia. The search is being led by Nathanial Schiffer, Vice President, Managing Partner and Erin Merker, Vice President, Managing Partner.
