MANHATTAN, NY – HarperCollins Publishers has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion search. Founder and CEO, Thomas Christopher, Managing Partner, Pam Noble, and Senior Operations Manager, Matthew Duda are leading the search.

The Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will lead and advise the company on Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and create a strategy/vision that aligns with HarperCollins’ values and culture. This is a newly created role that will be a part of our New York Executive Committee. This is an exciting opportunity to enact meaningful change in the company as well as the industry at large.
