Both the Senior Payroll Analyst and Sr Manager, Total Rewards are offered as hybrid/remote positions. The Senior Payroll Analyst is the Subject Matter Expert on Workday. Primarily responsible for payroll with the opportunity to manage Workday updates, have ownership of tax setup, and analyze pay data. You will be a mentor to another Payroll Analyst and add value through your new ideas and perspectives. The Senior Manager of Total Rewards will own the compensation & benefits area while building out the well-being function. This role is integral in the design, administration, delivery and support of the Total Rewards program used to attract and retain top industry talent. You will also be the Subject Matter Expert on industry compensation trends, develop the compensation strategy and keep the firm competitive in order to attract top talent.
