HOUSTON, TEXAS – Empower Pharmacy, a dynamic, growth-oriented 503A Compounding Pharmacy and FDA registered 503B Outsourcing Facility, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Total Rewards search. Managing Partner, Ayla Maloney and Recruiting Director, Kristen Perez are leading the key search.

In this newly created role, the Director of Total Rewards will be a critical partner to the Chief Human Resources Officer in leading and administering the Total Rewards function. This role has a unique opportunity to put a thumbprint on a high growth organization through the strategic direction, management, optimization, execution, and oversight of all Total Rewards initiatives. The Director of Total Rewards will own executive compensation along with sales compensation.
