Dellbrook | JKS is looking for their first VP of People to establish and build the People function at Dellbrok | JKS. This People leader will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the leadership team in support of the most valuable resource, people. Working closely with the senior leadership team, this person will play a critical role in building the infrastructure of their People Operations organization, while fostering an environment of growth, employee engagement, and maintaining the employee-centric culture we’ve built all while supporting the continuous scale of our business.
