Dakota Matting Selects TCG for Director of Human Resources Search

CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Dakota Matting, a diverse access contractor providing made-in-America mats and environmental materials for construction, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Human Resources search. Managing Partner, Tobin Anselmi, and Recruiting Director, Nick Nelson, are leading the critical HR search.

The HR Director will partner with the owner and CEO to deliver world-class people strategies to a rapidly growing construction access company. This role will create and have ownership of the HR department while developing strategic and innovative workforce planning and people development systems. The HRD will sit on their senior leadership team and work directly with the CEO daily, advising her on both tactical and strategic best people practices.
