Biography

MaryBeth has extensive experience consulting with C-suite and global executives to facilitate transformation and create lasting change. She has worked with global Fortune 50 organizations, educational institutions, and privately held start-ups in diverse fields and industries–designing talent management strategy, conducting talent management audits, designing and implementing change management initiatives, training HR professionals in organization development tools and practices, designing and implementing leadership development programs and coaching executives to improve their personal and organizational effectiveness. MaryBeth has held executive leadership positions at Dell and Raytheon. Before that, she worked as head of Consulting Services at Valtera (now part of Gartner). At Dell, MaryBeth and her team were responsible for designing and implementing talent management and leadership development processes globally. At Raytheon, MaryBeth designed and drove global talent management initiatives in Western Europe, managed customer and employee analytics, and led leadership and organization development work in the Radar Systems Group. At Valtera, MaryBeth served consulting clients and managed a team of senior consultants and office staff.

MaryBeth holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Michigan State University, a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois. She has a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds a certification in Brain-Based Coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute.

She serves on the board of HERdacity whose mission is to inspire confidence in women to achieve their professional goals.  MaryBeth has served as a guest lecturer at the Brookings Institution and is adjunct faculty at the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
