Biography
Jeff has over 30 years of experience working with global companies consulting on human capital management issues including leadership assessment and development, executive coaching, new leader onboarding, large scale employee selection, talent management, performance management, change management, communications, training, and development, employee engagement, outsourcing, and other strategic human resources areas.

He was a Senior Vice President/Senior Partner in Aon Hewitt Consulting’s Talent & Rewards Consulting Group for 22 years, serving as one of the Practice Leaders in the Global Leadership Practice Line. In 2014 he founded Leadership Insights and Development, focusing on executive coaching, leadership assessment, assessment center design and administration, top team assessment and coaching, talent management, talent strategy, change management, and strategic human resource planning. He works with leading organizations to help identify and develop their human capital and enhance talent strategies. He has had extensive experience executing large-scale global projects. He has worked with many Fortune 100 and 500 companies, and with public sector organizations to design, re-design, and improve human resources systems. Jeff also served in a variety of leadership roles associated with Corporate Diversity both internal to Aon as well as through philanthropic/volunteer roles and served on the national board of a large anti-bullying non-profit organization.
Jeff is known for listening, for his energetic and optimistic approach, and for taking a collaborative approach that secures the best business and operational results. Jeff is also known for his ability to work across different technical areas outside his own immediate expertise to solve business problems for his clients, and for assembling and managing the best teams across different professional disciplines. Additional service lines have included total rewards and compensation, global employee benefits, pension design and compliance, insurance, and risk management. Jeff dedicated substantial personal time running internal leadership programs for high potential leaders in Aon’s sister business units (e.g., Insurance, Risk Management, and Health and Welfare Consulting) working with top senior-level executive management. Many alumni of his programs now hold senior roles in these other divisions. He counts a number of successful psychologists and other consultants as mentees, and this is a proud accomplishment for him.
Jeff is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who received his master’s degree and attained ABD status (All But Dissertation) from The Pennsylvania State University; he also obtained a graduate school minor in Organizational Behavior from the Pennsylvania State University School of Business Administration. Jeff graduated from the University of Delaware on the Dean’s List and also graduated Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, and Psi Chi. He produced the “Teach Respect” anti-bullying Public Service Announcement for MTV which was seen by over 60 million youth viewers and won the first place national ‘Telly Award’ for best public service announcement. He lives in Los Angeles, California where he continues his philanthropic work, enjoys the outdoors, investing in new companies, and collecting art.
