Biography

Carol is a Human Resources and Talent executive focused on driving enterprise improvement through talent optimization.  She has 20+ years of HR leadership experience in growing and Fortune 500 organizations going through transformational change and reorganization.  She brings deep experience leading all functional areas within Human Resources including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Total Rewards, DE&I, Organizational Design, HR Operations, and Communications.  She holds a Master’s degree in HR Management and certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Prosci Change Management Practitioner.

Most recently Carol was Chief People Officer at HSS Inc. where she oversaw the talent strategy and tactics for a company of 3500 employees.  There she led a team of 35 and an RPO team of 20.  Prior to HSS, Carol held a variety of Human Capital leadership positions in global organizations such as:
