Due to their ongoing successful expansion, Conn’s requires a strong Vice President to lead the Human Resources efforts for their field retail operations. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer and a dotted line to the President and Chief Operating Officer, this role will oversee the employee relations activities of the Field Human Resources Business Partner function. It will also have responsibility of the implementation of all talent processes including recruitment, performance management, succession planning, engagement surveys, and strategic workforce planning, among others. This role will maintain field HR related policies, as well as develop new policies as required in response to changing legal or legislative initiatives.
This role will sit in The Woodlands, TX. The search is being led by Thomas Christopher, CEO, Managing Director and Patricia Duff, TCG Executive Recruiting Director.
