HARTFORD, CT – Connecticut Children’s Medical Center has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Head of Total Rewards and HRIS search. Founder & CEO, Tom Christopher, Recruiting Manager, Kristen Pace, and Operations Manager, Amy Bott will be leading the search.

The Head of Total Rewards and HRIS will provide strategic leadership and operational management of the planning, development, and administration of a total rewards strategy that will attract, engage and retain top talent for the hospital including, but not limited to: health, wellness, retirement, compensation, and rewards/recognition programs. This role will also be responsible for the management of the company’s HRIS system and related integrations.
