FAIRFIELD, CT – CenterPass, a leading network of vegetation management companies serving customers across the East Coast, has selected The Christopher Group to lead its search for a Head of People. Managing Partner, Pam Noble and Recruiting Director, Morgan Booker are leading the key HR search.

The Head of People is a foundational executive leadership role responsible for building and scaling the company’s human capital strategy during a period of rapid growth and acquisition. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this hands-on leader will oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, organizational design, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, leadership development, and HR technology while developing the infrastructure needed to support a growing, multi-entity organization. The role requires a strategic builder who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term planning, lead post-acquisition people integration, and create scalable HR processes that drive organizational growth, operational excellence, and a unified culture.
