The Education, Strategy, and Ops Director will be responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of scientific methods, instructional strategies, and learning technologies in the design, implementation, and evaluation of education for their agency owners, their staff and field leaders. This includes but is not limited to face‐to‐face, synchronous/asynchronous e-learning and mobile delivery systems. The future incumbent will lead a team accountable for overall planning, implementation, and effectiveness of education strategies and initiatives. They will identify and implement new technologies and methodologies, and ensure learning and development success measures are tied to business objectives. This person will build exceptional performance-based learning solutions which support their vision and strategy, and establish high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. Along with that, they will ensure ongoing compliance, maintenance and national standards for content, delivery and measurement. They will establish, direct, and maintain a learning management system that ensures effective learning outcomes and identify changes in the learning and professional development environments. Lastly, they will evaluate and adjust the departmental plans and processes accordingly.
