FORT WORTH, TX – Alcon, a global leader in eye care, has selected The Christopher Group to lead their Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness search. Managing Director, Nat Schiffer and Recruiting Director, Jim May are leading the critical search.

The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness will focus on the assessment, design, and execution of innovative solutions to build the Alcon infrastructure through diverse talent, teams and by strengthening organizational effectiveness to deliver on customer and patient outcomes. The Director of Organizational Development & Effectiveness will collaborate with executive leaders, senior leaders, and the HR community to design and deliver organizational effectiveness initiatives to deliver on Alcon’s business strategy including org design, change management, team effectiveness, succession planning, executive coaching, etc.
