The Senior TA Recruiting Specialist will lead business-wide strategic projects to provide sustainable talent acquisition solutions. The individual in this role will manage requisition load for parts of the GEMTE (Global Engineering Manufacturing Technology and Equipment) organization while building and maintaining strong internal networks with key stakeholders and external networks. By partnering with hiring managers, HR partners, and the HR Community of expertise, this individual will proactively drive the talent acquisition process through phases and execute against a yearly recruiting plan.
